Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, creating an order request, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and purchasing on behalf of a qualified in-vitro research laboratory or for legitimate scientific research. By entering the site and ordering you confirm both. Noor Labs may request verification and may refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Intended & prohibited use

Products may be used only for lawful in-vitro research by qualified individuals. You agree not to:

• Consume, inject, administer or apply any product to a human or animal.
• Resell, relabel or distribute any product for human or animal consumption.
• Represent any product as a drug, supplement or treatment.
• Use any product in violation of the laws of your city, state or country.

Any use outside these terms is entirely at the purchaser's own risk.

Orders & payment

No payment is collected on this website. Submitting an order sends an itemized request to vpnpepdata@yahoo.com and unicornfartzz@proton.me. We reply from either address to confirm availability and your total (items plus shipping) along with payment instructions. Payment is accepted by Venmo. An order is only accepted once we confirm it and payment is received. Noor Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including for suspected misuse; if an order is cancelled after payment, the payment is refunded.

Shipping

A flat $15 shipping fee applies to every order. Orders ship after payment is confirmed, and the tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address; Noor Labs is not responsible for delays, losses or misdeliveries caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address.

Returns & refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos, and we will review it for a replacement or credit at our discretion. Opened, used or improperly stored products are not eligible.

COAs & testing

Compounds are third-party tested. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided upon request by email. Noor Labs makes no representation beyond what is documented in the COA itself, and results apply only to the batch tested.

Supplies & handling

Bacteriostatic water is sold for laboratory reconstitution only. Noor Labs does not provide dosing, reconstitution or handling instructions for any product; each purchasing laboratory is responsible for determining appropriate reconstitution, concentrations and protocols through its own independent research. Syringes and other laboratory supplies must be sourced separately. The purchaser is solely responsible for the safe storage, handling and disposal of all products in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable law.

No medical advice

Nothing on this website — including the Peptide Index, study summaries, research ranges or linked tools — is medical advice. Products and statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Doses mentioned describe what published studies used and are not instructions for use.

Information & third-party sites

Research summaries are provided for general educational context and may be incomplete or out of date; always consult the original publications. Links to third-party websites (such as PubMed, ruivpndata.com and glowklowcalc.com) are provided for convenience; Noor Labs does not control and is not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

Assumption of risk & indemnity

You assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling and use of any product. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noor Labs, its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of any product or your breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse or handling of any product or from use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Disclaimer of warranties

Products and website content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, except as documented in a batch COA.

Compliance with laws

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, importing, possessing and using research compounds where you are located.

Privacy

Information you send us (such as your name, email and shipping address) is used only to process and ship your order and answer your questions. We do not sell your information. Your cart is stored only on your own device.

Changes to these terms

Prices, availability and these terms may change at any time without notice. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
